All soldering stations, irons and rework equipment sold by NeoSoldering come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and hardware faults under normal use.
What’s Covered
Faults arising from manufacturing defects, component failure, or hardware malfunction under normal use are covered for 12 months from your purchase date. If your unit develops a genuine fault within this period, we’ll repair or replace it.
What’s Not Covered
Consumable and wear items are excluded from the 12-month warranty, as they naturally wear out with use. This includes soldering tips, cartridges, sponges, filters, and similar consumables. Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorised modification is also not covered.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Email your order details and a description of the fault to hello@neosoldering.com, or use the chat option on the main site. We’ll confirm the next steps once we’ve reviewed your claim.
This warranty is separate from our 60-day returns policy, which covers any return for any reason within 60 days of purchase, regardless of fault.
